Shift Management Agent is an iOS app that brings shift creation and shift sharing for stores and workplaces together in one place. The screens differ by role: managers create and adjust shifts, while staff check their own shifts, submit preferences, and record time clock entries.
What you enter is stored in the cloud and shared with the devices of the members of the same organization. Staff can check the shifts a manager has built on their own devices.
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Role-based screens | Managers and staff each see the screens they need |
| Joining an organization | Apply to join with an invite code; once a manager approves it, you join the organization |
| Issuing accounts | For staff without an email address, a manager can issue an account name and an initial password |
| Creating and checking shifts | Build confirmed shifts in 15-minute units and review them by week or by month |
| Submitting preferences | Staff can submit their work preferences |
| Change requests | Request a change, a swap, or a fill-in for a confirmed shift, and have it approved |
| Open shifts | Publish unfilled slots and accept applications |
| Time clock | Record clocking in, breaks, and clocking out |
| Time clock corrections | A manager can correct a time clock record; the values before and after, who made the change, and the reason remain on record |
| Managing members | Set positions and hourly wages, change roles, transfer members, and remove departing staff |
| Switching organizations | Switch between organizations when you belong to more than one |
They are stored in the cloud (Supabase, on servers in the Tokyo region). The App is not built to work entirely inside a single device. What is stored is shared with the devices of the members of the same organization.
Information belonging to an organization you do not belong to cannot be viewed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. Members who have joined the same organization can see the same shifts on their own devices.
There are two ways to join an organization: receive an invite code from a manager and apply to join, or have a manager issue you an account name and an initial password.
They are stored in the Supabase authentication service. Passwords are hashed before being stored, and the developer cannot see the password you entered.
On your device, the authentication token that keeps you signed in is stored in the iOS keychain.
Yes. A manager can issue an account by choosing an “account name” and an initial password. This method does not require an email address.
At the first sign-in you enter three things: the organization code, the account name, and the password. The organization code is remembered on the device, so from the second time on you can sign in with the account name and password alone.
No. The App does not request access to the camera, photos, location, contacts, calendar, or microphone. Location is not used for time clock records.
They are stored in the cloud, where the managers of that organization can see them.
If a manager corrects a time clock record, the value before, the value after, who made the change, the date and time, and the reason remain on record, and the person whose record was corrected can see what was changed as well. The original time clock record is not overwritten or erased.

No. The App does not incorporate an analytics tool (an analytics SDK) for collecting and analyzing how the App is used.
Uninstalling the App does not delete the data in the cloud. The information stored on the device is lost, but it is shown again when you sign in with the same account.
To delete your own data, open “Account Settings” in the App and proceed to “Delete account”. Your account itself is deleted, together with your time clock records, shift preferences, change requests, applications, and the records of your membership in organizations. This cannot be undone.
The owner of an organization cannot delete their account while other members remain in that organization. Please remove the remaining members first, or transfer ownership to someone else.
For details on what is deleted and what remains on the organization’s side, see “7. Retention and deletion of data” in the Privacy Policy.
